Six States Over Six Courses

Upping the ante on eating locally, the Tomasso Trattoria team, led by chef Neil Rogers, is working on a 6 State Menu for Friday, September 28th. Plan on being in Southborough and in your seat by 6:30pm to enjoy a menu made with ingredients that all hail from New England, and – here’s the twist – with each state being represented via a primary component of the dish. See which states bring what to the table on the six-course menu below – every bite of which can be yours for $60 (sips, too for $80) not including tax or gratuity.
