For the month of September he’ll be offering a special a la carte menu of the classics in addition to the regular menu at Amelia’s so pop in if you’ve got a hankering for manicotti like your mother used to make (with ricotta, garlic, Swiss chard, plum tomato ragu and mozzarella) or veal saltimbocca just the way you remember it (with prosciutto di parma and wild mushroom marsala demi-glace).
