Summer’s winding down but there are still plenty of good grilling days in the months ahead so be sure you’re well stocked with fresh-from-the-farm meats courtesy of The Butcher Shop’s CSA. For September they’ll be featuring beef from Hanson & Roberts Farm in Gilbertville, Massachusetts. Opt for a full ($280) or half ($140) share to get weekly bundles of meaty goodness – ready-to-cook steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs and house-made goodies like beef bacon and smoked brisket chili.
