Quintessentially Summer at Hamersley’s

Have yourself the perfect summer meal when Hamersley’s Bistro brings back their Quintessential Summer Prix Fixe. From Sunday, August 19th through Thursday the 23rd and again from Sunday the 26th through Thursday, August 30th chef Gordon Hamersley will offer a three-course menu of perfectly seasonal fare like cold cucumber soup, tomato salad and grilled duck breast with spicy peach chutney. Should the $40 dinner delight you so much that you want to recreate the experience at home, pick up a copy of chef’s own cookbook Bistro Cooking at Home – autographed copies will be available for $25 (that’s $10 off the regular price).
