L’Espalier’s Got the Year’s Best Cheese

Get cheesy for an evening when, on August 21st, L’Espalier hosts a special installment of their Cheese Tuesday series. Fromager and Mâitre d’ Louis Risoli invites guests to sample some of this year’s best fromage according to the 2012 American Cheese Society and Sommelier Erich Schliebe will provide appropriate wine pairings. The smorgasbord of cheesy goodness is yours for $85 per person. Reservations are required so call 617.262.3023 to get yours, and be there at 7:00pm.
