An Island Yoga Retreat

Even if clambakes aren’t your thing, you can still have fun on Spectacle Island with the folks from the Summer Shack. This Sunday, July 15th the Jasper White institution will host a one day yoga retreat filled with meditation, hiking, swimming and, of course, yoga of all levels with a private teacher from O2 Yoga. The $75 day also includes a vegan picnic lunch box from True Bistro in Somerville and refreshments from the team at Summer Shack. Don’t miss the boat – it leaves from Long Wharf at 9:30am.
