Marc Orfaly’s CHEFploitation Dinner

If you didn’t catch appearances by Catalyst’s Anthony Mazzotta or from Dante de Magistris of dante, be sure to book a spot at Bambara’s third and final (for this season, anyway) CHEFploitation dinner. On Monday, June 11th chef Jay Silva welcomes Pigalle’s Marc Orfaly to join him in the kitchen and prepare a five-course menu to be paired with appropriate wines. Book a table anytime between 5:30 and 10:00pm to enjoy the $65 prix fixe which includes Middle Eastern-inspired dishes like chilled grape leaves with lemon and currants; and whole spring lamb with Greek yogurt and “foielafel”.
