On Monday, June 11th chef Jay Silva welcomes Pigalle’s Marc Orfaly to join him in the kitchen and prepare a five-course menu to be paired with appropriate wines. Book a table anytime between 5:30 and 10:00pm to enjoy the $65 prix fixe which includes Middle Eastern-inspired dishes like chilled grape leaves with lemon and currants; and whole spring lamb with Greek yogurt and “foielafel”.
