Summer Shack Celebrates Lobsters

Lobster lovers: Friday, June 15th is your lucky day. It’s National Lobster Day and in honor of the tasty crustacean, the team at the Summer Shack (led by lobster whisperer Jasper White) will be paying tribute with a three-course prix fixe. Priced at $30 per person, the menu features the prized delicacy in dumpling form and then halved, grilled and served with garlic oil, basil and spring green couscous. Of course, if you can’t wait until the 15th, the Summer Shack has plenty of lobster (wood grilled, baked-stuffed, pan-roasted or just plain steamed) on the menu every day but the prix fixe is only available on the 15th.
