What better way to spend Independence Day than chowing down on American Lamb at the Liberty Hotel? Join us for Red, White & Ewe, a truly patriotic 4th of July celebration in their courtyard where, from 5:00 to 8:00pm, Chef Joseph Margate will be grilling up three different types of both American Lamb sliders and kebabs paired with Macmurray Pinot Noir from Sonoma County and Micheter’s Bourbon (the drink of choice for General Washington at Valley Forge). Lamb-loving revelers will also be served up a side of knowledge with all that deliciousness as Chef Margate hosts a demo station highlighting the preparation of said sliders and kebabs.

Recipe cards for all of the above deliciousness will be available both onsite and online so that the fun can continue at home. Each $25 ticket, which can be purchased online, will get you a beverage plus four lamby items of your choosing (additional lamb tastes will be available a la carte for $4 apiece as well, should you find yourself with a revolutionary-sized appetite). Now, fans of lamb can spend the evening indulging in a bbq that truly represents the lamb of the free and the home of the braaaave.
