Wee Wee Wee all the Way to Grand Cochon

On Sunday, June 17th Jamie Bissonnette heads from the Bean to the slopes of Aspen all in the name of pork. The reigning Cochon 555 Boston Prince of Porc is making his way to the Food and Wine Classic for Grand Cochon in the hopes of beating out his other pig-loving competitors to gain the title of King. Facing off against nine other porcine aficionados from New York, California, Memphis, Portland (OR), Miami, Washington DC and Chicago, Bissonnette will once again be tasked with creating a tasty tasting menu from his very own heritage breed pig. If you happen to find yourself in the Rockies, pick up a ticket – if not, you can cheer on the home town hero from the comfort of the East Coast.
