A fan of farm-to-table eats, chef Eric Brennan launches the Farm-to-Post Tasting Series at Post 390. A celebration of local and sustainable goodies, the series highlights a different local purveyor each month via a three-course prix fixe menu. Starting on Monday, June 7th with Snappy Lobster of Scituate, the series has appearances by Ward’s Berry Farm, Kimball Fruit Farm, and Brambly Farms lined up for the first few months, but who knows which local farmer, grower or purveyor will pop up after that? The menu, which will change every week, is priced at $48 per person (or $65 with wines), and the individual dishes will also be available a la carte.
