Get Your Tickets for Chefs in Shorts
Your savvy foodie friends have already reserved their spots for Chefs in Shorts – what are you waiting for? Tickets for the annual event, now in its fifteenth year, are available online and we'd recommend springing for a pair asap so you can spend the first Friday of the summer (June 22nd) strolling, drink in hand, around the Seaport's upper level viaduct sampling fare from some of the city's finest. Signed on: 606 Congress, Aragosta, ArtBar, Ashmont Grill, Bambara, Blue Inc., Bond, Bokx 109 American Prime, Catalyst, Church, Davio's, Market, Poe's Kitchen, Tavolo, Temazcal, Top of the Hub, Tremont 647 and Turner Fisheries, for starters. A perennial sell-out, the urban bbq runs from 7:00-9:30pm. Proceeds from the sale of each $70 ticket will be donated to Future Chefs, a non-profit that helps prep urban youth for prosperous careers in the culinary field. Tickets will be gone before you know it. Be prepared.
