Where's the Beef? At the BCAE

On Thursday, April 19th,the Boston Center for Adult Education is hosting What's Your Beef?, their first annual fundraiser to benefit their tuition voucher program. Chefs Ming Tsai, Jamie Bissonnette, Jason Bond, Colin Lynch, Charles Draghi, Michael Scelfo, Will Gilson, Louis DiBiccari and Tiffani Faison will each be assigned a cut and tasked with breaking it down and turning it into something delicious for attendees - all in the BCAE's Arlington Street demo kitchen. There'll also be a meat-free option so fret not, vegetarians. The evening will include cocktails, wine, beer, dessert and a silent auction hosted by NECN's Jenny Johnson. You've got plenty of ticket options - $75 gets you general admission; $100 is the price of entry for VIP access (including an Island Creek Oyster reception and Wusthof gift bag); and $250 will buy you all of the aforementioned treats plus a seat at the Chef's Table (there are only twelve available). The event goes from 6:30 to 9:30pm - get your tickets online.
