EVOO Goes Green for Earth Day

One day is just not enough for the folks at EVOO, who want to celebrate Earth Day for an entire week. From Monday, April 16th through Sunday, April 22nd, chef Peter McCarthy and his crew will have three courses of local, sustainable, organic food waiting for anyone who wants to give a little shout out to Mother Earth.
