Make Gnocchi like a Northern Italian

Spend a day in the kitchen at Davio’s perfecting your gnocchi-making under the watchful eyes of chefs Rodney Murillo and Steve Brown. On Saturday, March 31st, starting at 1:00pm Murillo and Brown will be walking guests through an hour’s worth of instruction followed by some sampling (and wine-sipping for attendees who are of age). When it’s all said and done, guests will go home with a goodie bag stuffed with gnocchi, three different sauces, four recipes and a hundred dollar voucher (which is valid for 60 days, has no cash value, does not include tax or gratuity and must be used in one visit). Class, which costs $165 per person, is non-refundable so be sure your calendar is clear, then send an email with your name, phone number and number of reservations to cooking@Davios.com.
