Blue Ginger is rolling out the red carpet for the House of Louis Roederer, world renowned Champagne maker for the past two hundred plus years. On Monday, December 10th Ming Tsai’s kitchen led by Chef Jonathon Taylor and Pastry Chef Michele Fadden will prepare a six course menu to pair with the famous Champagnes.
