Bubbles Galore at Blue Ginger

Get ready for the most bubbly-appropriate time of the year with an entire evening devoted to sparkling wines. Blue Ginger is rolling out the red carpet for the House of Louis Roederer, world renowned Champagne maker for the past two hundred plus years. On Monday, December 10th Ming Tsai’s kitchen led by Chef Jonathon Taylor and Pastry Chef Michele Fadden will prepare a six course menu to pair with the famous Champagnes. Dinner begins at 6:30pm and costs $175 per person (remember, there’s going to be Cristal at this dinner). Call 781.283.5790 x18 to reserve your seat before December 6th.
