Celebrity Chef Tour Coming to Cambridge

The James Beard House's Celebrity Chef Tour will be stopping in Cambridge on Thursday, July 29th - mark your calendars. The collaborative event will combine the talents of Craigie on Main's chef-owner Tony Maws and chefs Aki Kamozawa and H. Alexander Talbot of Ideas in Food for an evening of feasting and philanthropy. The evening's eight-course menu is still in the works - this crew takes the farm-to-table philosophy very much to heart so the menu will depend on availability - but rest assured each course will be accompanied by an appropriate beverage whether it be a hand-selected wine, craft cocktail or local brew. A portion of the proceeds from each $150 ticket will go to the James Beard Foundation educational programs -classes, tastings, readings, conferences, children's programs and the like.
