Proprietresses Mary Catherine Deibel and Deborah Hughes will be highlighting two of the summer's most drool-worthy ingredients, lobster and corn. Chefs Susan Regis in the Monday Club Bar and Steven Brand in the Soiree Room will be whipping up several appetizer, lunch and dinner specials featuring the honored culinary guests over the eleven day affair.
