Bumper Crop at Blue Moon Bistro

After a month-long spring cleaning (and kitchen-renovating), the Blue Moon Bistro opens refreshed and ready for the summer season. Chef-owner Peter Hyde - in keeping with his fresh-and-local, farm-to-table philosophy - features ingredients plucked straight from the garden behind the restaurant.
