Farmers Markets 101 with Chef Jody Adams

Sign up now or you might miss your chance to see how chef Jody Adams approaches a farmer's market. On Saturday, July 10th the Rialto chef-owner will be hosting her annual market themed cooking class, which starts with a tour of the Cambridgeport Farmers Market, then heads for the kitchen for a grilling demonstration and ultimately ends up on the patio where guests will enjoy a seated lunch with paired wines. Class runs from 11:00am until 2:30pm and costs $125 including tax and gratuity - nothing for all that know-how. Call 617.661.5050 to reserve your space.
