Come the end of the month, chef Ming Tsai will be rolling out a brand new Blue Ginger experience with the addition of a midday Noodle Bar in the lounge. Tsai and his chef Jonathan Taylor have vowed to keep it simple with a menu of just six dishes - three different ramen noodle soups and three types of stir fry dishes. So, on any given Monday through Friday lunch seekers might find spicy pork miso ramen, garlic miso ramen, yakisoba stir fried noodles or pad Thai - each served with Blue Ginger's house-pickled salad for $12.
