Blue Ginger's Australian Wine Dinner

Chef-owner Ming Tsai explores the food and wine of the Outback at Blue Ginger's next wine dinner on Monday, March 8th. Get to Wellesley for a five-course menu full of Down Under-inspired deliciousness - with a little Asian twist. Tsai and his right hand man Jonathan Taylor add their east meets west flair to the menu with dishes like pounded shrimp on lemongrass grit cake and Asian greens; and pounded shrimp on lemongrass grit cake and Asian greens.
