If you want to be like Boston’s best chefs, you’d better mark yourself down as busy on Mondays during 2011. Beginning January 3rd, some of the city’s finest chefs will be heading to Stella Restaurant in the South End for chef-owner Evan Deluty‘s Guest Chef Series. The chefs will be preparing a favorite Italian appetizer and entrée for guests to enjoy in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu. And who better to kick things off than the man at the helm of Radius, Alta Strada and Via Matta, chef Michael Schlow. He’s followed up by other Italian masters including Dante de Magistris of dante and Robin King of Oro.
