Sustainable Gifts from the Sea at Mare

Spend the evening of Tuesday, January 19th eating delicious and responsibly caught seafood when Mare and the Cleanfish Alliance team up for a Sustainable Seafood Dinner. Executive chef Greg Jordan will be crafting a delectable four course meal of environmentally friendly seafood from around the globe which will be paired with sustainable and organic wines courtesy of Wine Bottega. Adding a little educational twist to the night's festivities will be Cleanfish Alliance representative Alisha Lumea, who will illuminate the process of how fish make it from sea to plate. The dinner, which begins at 7pm, costs $75 per person - call Mare at 617.723.6273 to have them save you a seat.
