Spend the evening of Tuesday, January 19th eating delicious and responsibly caught seafood when Mare and the Cleanfish Alliance team up for a Sustainable Seafood Dinner. Executive chef Greg Jordan will be crafting a delectable four course meal of environmentally friendly seafood from around the globe which will be paired with sustainable and organic wines courtesy of Wine Bottega. Adding a little educational twist to the night's festivities will be Cleanfish Alliance representative Alisha Lumea, who will illuminate the process of how fish make it from sea to plate.
