Understated Elegance at Chillingsworth

The seafood-laden new batch of food photos from chef Nitzi Rabin is an exercise in knowing your audience. The veteran chef-owner (Rabin grew up in the restaurant industry and he and his wife Pat bought Chillingsworth back in 1975) gives ‘em what they want - lobster and plenty of local seafood. Of course he gives it all his own sophisticated twist - dressing each dish up so that what's on the plate is befitting of its grand surroundings.
