Black Trumpet Bistro Prepares for Fall

In preparation for leaf peepers and autumn tourists who are planning trips to Portsmouth, chef Evan Mallett gives the Black Trumpet Bistro portfolio and his menu a seasonal make-over. Diners lucky enough to get a table - either in the cozy downstairs dining room or the upstairs wine bar - will reap the rewards, enjoying a meal of local, seasonal ingredients, transformed into delicious, soul-satisfying fare any time of the year.
