Red Rock Bistro's New $10 Birthday Deal

Red Rock Bistro's year-long birthday celebration - a boon for the budget conscious - continues into June with another ten dollar special for Swampscott diners. Chef Lee Fannon perfects paella - incorporating New England seafood (like littlenecks and mussels) into paella, the national dish of Spain. Through the end of the month, grab a table, inside or out, Monday through Thursday for either lunch or dinner and a heaping plate of paella (saffron and chorizo rice with English peas, littlenecks, mussels, shrimp, chicken and roasted tomato) is yours for the eating for just $10. You can make it take-out for an extra dollar, if you'd rather enjoy dinner at home (without actually having to cook dinner at home).
