Madden who's working alongside her husband and chef Michael Madden will be pairing five of her summer confections with a collection of sparkling wines - passionfruit and chocolate tartletts will be accompanied by Kluge SP blanc de blancs while spicy plum-ginger granita gets matched up with Puchi Puchi sparkling sake.
