Chef Stephen Sherman Firing up the Grill at Union

For city dwellers with no outdoor space to speak of, July yields an economical way to satisfy each and every cookout craving - Union Bar and Grille is bringing back their Summer BBQ Menu. Throughout the month, chef Stephen Sherman will be giving summertime favorites his own sophisticated little twists on a three-course menu. Priced at $33.09 per person the prix fixe features options like tomato watermelon gazpacho with feta cheese, black olives and mint; St. Louis ribs with collard greens and fried pickles; and a chocolate s'mores tart with torched marshmallows. The summery theme even spills over into the bar where red and white sangria is available by the glass for $5.95 and complimentary bbq-themed snacks are served from 5:30-7:00pm Monday through Friday.
