Father's Day Special at Temple Bar

Being a father himself, chef Michael Scelfo knows what dads want to eat on their special day. With that in mind he has cooked up a few Father's Day backyard bbq specials to go along with the already mouth watering brunch menu at Temple Bar. Treat dad to some down home inspired fare like Mayfair mac 'n' cheese with nine-hour smoked pork belly, sweet apples and smoky cheddar cheese; and the Three State Sampler Plate consisting of Texas shaved brisket, South Carolina pulled pork and Kansas City style ribs served with old school potato and egg salad, and buttermilk biscuits.
