North End Newcomer from an Old Favorite

Restaurateur Frank De Pasquale, who you surely know from Bricco, Mare, Trattoria Il Panino, Il Panino Express and Gigi Gelateria, adds yet another culinary notch to his North End belt with the opening of his newest venture DePasquale's Homemade Pasta Shoppe. Specializing, as its name implies, in handcrafted pastas of all shapes and sizes, the store also features other Italian goodies like cheese, bread, sauce, oils and vinegars to name but a few. Joseph Locilento of Tutto Italiano will be on hand to assist customers who may occasionally become stymied by the sheer variety, and Zoya Kogan is in charge of crafting the shop's daily fresh pasta offering. The shop, located at 66A Cross Street, is currently open for business Tuesday through Sunday so make sure you get yourself over there pronto.
