Bonfire's $1 Taco Thursdays

Starting on Thursday, June 4th, the end of the week gets an infusion of Latin flavor with the launch of Bonfire's Taco Thursdays. From 5:00-7:00pm, chef Robert Bean will be in the kitchen whipping up three tempting taco creations and handing them out to bar patrons for just $1 apiece. The inaugural fiesta will feature a chicken taco with Guajillo BBQ, pickled red onions and orange; a braised short rib taco with salsa roja, caramelized onions and guacamole; and a duck taco with chili marinade, lime and cilantro. Make a beeline to the Park Square restaurant after work to try south of the border eats at a remarkably good price.
