Tomasso Trattoria Takes on All Things Chicken

Chicken, that staple of everyday dinners, is the center of all sorts of attention on Sunday, May 31st when chef Justin Melnick hosts an All Things Chicken cooking class at Tomasso Trattoria. Reserve a spot to get schooled in subjects like trussing, butchering, roasting and grilling. In this hands-on tutorial, Melnick will even guide guests through some chicken-friendly sides. Class runs from 1:00-4:00pm and costs $125 per person, which covers a sit-down meal (complete with wine pairings) in addition to a refreshed poultry repertoire. Call 508.481.8484 to make sure they save your seat for you.
