Student Guest Chef Gets to Take Over Evoo

Chef Peter McCarthy gives guest chef Phil Dwyer the run of the kitchen at Evoo on Tuesday, March 10th. Dwyer, who's currently enrolled at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, will be putting his coursework into action and testing out some signature dishes on a three-course, $35 menu (beverages tax and gratuity not included).
