Tosca Welcomes Cakebread Cellars

On Monday, March 30th, Wine Director Errol Joseph and the rest of the gang at Tosca welcome Dennis Cakebread of Cakebread Cellars to join them in an evening of food and wine. Just so that the wines don't steal the whole show, chef Kevin Long will create some tasty hors d'oeuvres to get the evening started, and a fabulous four course menu to keep it going - each morsel designed to pair perfectly with these Napa valley wines.
