Ecco Hosts Inaugural Wine Dinner

On Wednesday, November 18th the folks at Ecco host their first wine dinner featuring the wines of Joseph Carr. In honor of this special occasion, chef David Fitzgerald is pulling out all the stops with a sumptuous five course menu. On the evening's edible agenda: wood plank roasted rack of lamb with crispy sage tater tots, merlot-hydrated prune and wine pickled watermelon rind; duck leg confit and seared duck breast with merlot-currant-blackberry tea, micro arugula; and ceviche of scallop and shrimp, lime, grapefruit and jicama paired with cold chardonnay. Dinner, which costs $65 per person, begins at 6:00pm with a reception. To makes reservations, call 617.561.1112.
