Dig in to Terroir at Lineage

Chef Jeremy Sewall lets his love of terroir get the better of him this week - showcasing the earthy flavors of wild mushrooms and Oregon pinot noirs with a slew of special pairings. Throughout the week - through Saturday, November 14th - drop by the bar at Lineage for a sip of some stellar Northwest wines (Amity, Patricia Green, Cooper Mountain, Lange, A-Z or Chehalem) and a taste of some wild mushroom laden dishes. Look for black trumpet, matsutake, chanterelle and porcini in dishes like wild mushroom tart with Asian pears, endive and truffle vinaigrette; or oak-roasted Arctic char with black trumpets.
