Artisanal Cheeses on Display at Aura

Immerse yourself in all sorts of cheesy goodness at Aura where chef Frank Toohey is serving a specially designed menu chock full of artisanal cheeses. Available from Monday, December 3rd through Saturday, December 8th the three course menu starts with champagne and Rouge Affinee fondue accompanied by crisp sourdough, baby greens, Falconero olive oil and sea salt; followed by veal tenderloin with creamy risotto, semi-soft truffled cheese, roasted cepes and Cabernet demi glace.
