Sip your way through some top tier wine lists at the Boston Center for Adult Education’s Mondays Uncorked Series. This fall, the monthly series makes its way through four of Frank de Pasquale’s restaurants with stops at Bricco, Trattoria il Panino, Mare and Umbria. Explore Italian wines and cuisine with local experts, Peter Nelson and Amanda Evey. The gatherings cost $55 per person ($50 for members of the BCAE) and run from 6:00-8:00 at their respective host restaurants. Monday, September 17th – Bricco

Monday, October 15th – Trattoria il Panino
Enjoy a tasting tour with Peter Nelson who oversees the wine list at Trattoria il Panino, Boston’s original trattoria. The tasting meets at Trattoria il Panino at 11 Parmenter Street in Boston.
Monday, November 5th – Umbria
Wine Director Peter Nelson guides guests through Umbrian cuisine and wine at this Best of Boston award-winning restaurant in the Financial District. The tasting meets at Umbria Ristorante at 295 Franklin Street in Boston.
Monday, December 3rd – Mare
Enjoy the fresh flavors of Mare’s almost entirely naturally sourced menu, and the wines that go with it, under the guidance of resident expert Amanda Evey. The tasting meets at Mare at 135 Richmond Street in Boston.
