Terra, the final addition to the new Eataly location, is a restaurant on the third floor mezzanine that features a wood fire grill and regional Italian inspired cuisine. The menu will showcase house made pasta, seasonal specials featuring local products, and a number of Italian specialty items sourced from their downstairs market including dry aged meats and the freshest seafood available. Although Terra does still follow the Eataly ideology, foundation and passion for Italian cuisine, Terra is bringing an entirely new concept as well.

Joining the Terra team and working under Chef de Cuisine Dan Bazzinotti is the launch you are looking for! They are seeking line cooks to join their team and help the opening of Terra be a success. You must be comfortable working over a wood fire grill , able to nail meat temperatures and have a base knowledge of grilling techniques. Applicants must work well under pressure, accept constructive criticism, show a willingness to learn and work well with others.
The starting rate is $15.00/hour, which can be adjusted based on skills/background/knowledge
1-2 year of fine dining culinary experience preferred. Advanced product knowledge. Interest in and familiarity with local, seasonal and unique ingredients. Culinary degree preferred. Cleanliness, organization, and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position. Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning.
