An exciting new restaurant in Back Bay is currently seeking line cooks at all levels. The menu will focus on New England seafood and local, seasonal produce. There will be two distinct dining rooms in the restaurant – creating an opportunity for menus ranging from globally-influenced bar food to elegant tasting menus. The ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning and a passion for food. A culinary degree is considered a plus, but is not required. This is a great opportunity to work with a seasoned team to open this new concept – there will be ample opportunity for growth; exposure and experience with whole fish butchery, seafood charcuterie, pickling, pasta making, bread baking and pastry. The restaurant will be closed on Sunday. Pay will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
