The team from 80 Thoreau restaurant in Concord, MA, is opening an exciting new seafood restaurant in Back Bay. Currently seeking a full-time bread baker. This position requires 2-3 years of baking experience, including production and recipe development. The job will involve everything from table bread service to sandwich rolls, flatbreads, crackers and possibly some pastry production. Though the baker will work closely with the chef and pastry chef, there will be lots of room for creative input. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
