Menton, their Relais & Châteaux fine dining restaurant in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood, is seeking a line cook to join the team. Ideal applicants will have an intense curiosity for food culture and focus on accuracy, presentation, cleanliness, and timing. They will also exhibit a passion for food, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask. Ideal applicants will demonstrate an aggressive drive for both self and company achievement. They will also show that they work well with others and support positive teamwork within the kitchen. Previous line cook experience in fine dining is not required.
