Island Creek Oyster Bar is in search of an earnest, curious and outgoing Restaurant Manager who has a passion for food, wine and drink culture. This candidate will insure that all guests are greeted warmly and welcomed into the restaurant, while leading and working to establish meaningful relationships with guests, vendors and colleagues. An ideal candidate is humble, team-oriented, and a sophisticated communicator, with the ability to lead and teach in a high volume, fine dining restaurant. While ICOB appreciates restaurant experience, they prioritize a candidate’s ability to work hard, connect with guests, nurture staff and arrive to work on time.
