Branch Line – Sous Chef

Branch Line is a Mediterranean influenced restaurant in Watertown, MA. The Branch Line menu highlights the products prepared in the rotisserie oven and wood burning grill. The Branch Line team is seeking a Sous Chef who will work closely with other Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers across various service periods. Prior experience with wood burning grill operations is encouraged. The right individual will be a leader and a teacher. Areas of focus include meat fabrication, rotisserie, grill, food and labor cost, and menu design. They look for candidates with a passion and enthusiasm for food, food culture and hospitality, as well as a strong sense of teamwork, communication and professionalism. 2 years of previous experience is required.
