Established upscale restaurant located in the heart of the ever growing Quincy Center seeks an experienced Executive Chef. They are looking for a creative, organized menu planner with experience in a variety of cuisines: upscale American, Seafood, Mediterranean Italian, Asian, French and more. The position requires a hardworking, dedicated restaurant professional with a strong culinary background that brings a positive attitude into an experienced kitchen. The candidate has the knowledge and talent to balance food and labor costs with an exciting, creative menu. Candidates should be highly dedicated, self-driven, obsessed with food quality, infatuated with the restaurant business and passionate about consistently delivering the total guest experience.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as executive chef or extensive experience cooking in and leading a high-volume, upscale concept restaurant. Formal culinary training and education is a plus. Servsafe certified or Food Handler certification preferred.
