Year of the Dragon Dawns at Red Lantern

On Monday, January 23rd, Red Lantern rings in the Year of the Dragon with fun and tasty festivities. Chef Kevin Long adds a trio of specials to his regular menu: Spicy Tuna Dragon Roll (bluefin tuna with chili miso glaze, cucumber and avocado), Tik Tok Chicken (sweet and spicy chicken with water chestnuts and jasmine rice) and Chinese New Year Daikon Cake (with sausage pork and sweet hoisin). Each of the lovely little morsels costs $8 and can easily be washed down with a specialty cocktail or a Tsingtao.
