Ramen man Ivan Orkin brings his noodle bowls to Uni on Monday, March 6th. Rather than travel to Tokyo or (a little closer) NYC for their Ivan Ramen fix, Bostonians can get a taste of what makes Orkin’s offerings so popular at the evening pop-up. From 5:30-10:00pm, he’ll be serving classic Tokyo shio ramen, wagyu beef katsu sandwiches, his famed triple pork, trip garlic mazeman and more for walk-in diners. If you can’t make Monday night, or need to satisfy a craving post-pop-up, the broth-less mazeman that’s become Ivan’s signature will be on the Uni late-night menu Friday and Saturdays in March (10:30pm-1:00am).
