Get to know Spain’s favorite fortified wine with a paired tasting at Tres Gatos. On Thursday, April 6th, the restaurant is partnering with Alvaro Plato Franco of renowned Spanish sherry bodega Gonzalez Byass to present a progression of sherries with matched plates. Chef Stephen Marcaurelle has crafted dishes to complement the varying styles – from Fino (dry and pale) to Amontillado (aged). The evening includes sips of the Cuatro Palmas, released annually, and an after-dinner cocktail hour with whiskey and vermouth from Gonzalez Byass.
