Chef Andy Husbands invites two former chef de cuisines into the Tremont 647 kitchen for his annual Tapas Challenge. Chef Jason Santos (of Abby Lane and Back Bay Harry’s) and Molly Dwyer will give their old boss a run for his money on Monday, January 23rd. The Chopped-style competition has the chefs duking it out for three rounds, or courses, with each dish featuring a specialty ingredient: like root veggies, pork butt and something from South End store Casa Cuong. Guests will get to cast their vote on the dishes, which will be judged on taste, presentation and creativity. Tickets for the culinary showdown (6:00-9:00pm) are available online here for $45 each.
